My GTA Imaging ROES will not start. (Updated May 15, 2017)

Mac Users:

Apple Update - October 2016 Sierra 10.12
The Sierra 10.12 OS released by Apple included major changes to the Gatekeeper security that caused installer issues for the ROES program.  ROES has now been updated to account for these Gatekeeper changes but this will require you to remove the current ROES in your computer and install from a new launch.dmg.

Please follow these steps to delete ROES.
If you need the link to re-install ROES, please contact the lab.

1. Delete the app from the applications folder
Finder->Go->Applications find GTAPhoto.app and delete it.

2. Delete the GTA Imaging icon from your desktop
        GTAPhoto.app.alias

3. Finder - Downloads Folder - search for
        launch.dmg
        Move to Trash

3. Go
    Go to Folder
    ~/.ROESEngineCache
Highlight all files and folders and Move to Trash.

4. Go
    Go to Folder
    ~/.roescache
    Click Go.
The contents of the .roescache folder will be displayed.
Highlight all files and folders and Move to Trash.

5. Go
    Go to Folder
    ~/.GTAPhoto
    - Click Go.
***Warning: The .GTAPhoto folder contains prior sent orders, autosaved orders and saved favorites or packages.
If you feel the need to retain information then copy/move the folder
to the desktop rather then the trash
    - Highlight all files and folders and Move to Trash.

6. Reinstall  ROES

It should then install and start correctly.
If there is still a failure, copy the GTAPhoto.app file into your Applications folder and try to execute it from there.
